AutoMasters may not be the right shop for you if you answer yes to any of the following questions:

Is your vehicle older than 1995?
-These vehicles become restoration projects and are not worth the additional investment.

Is your vehicle a truck or SUV rated over ½ ton GVW?
-We do not have the necessary equipment to work on vehicles this size.

Have inexperienced, unqualified personnel worked on your vehicle?
-Inexperienced personnel can create problems that would never occur in a motor vehicle making them extremely challenging and very expensive to correct.

Has maintenance on your vehicle been inconsistent or put off until multiple issues have forced the vehicle in for repairs?
-Deferred repairs create multiple symptoms, which tend to mislead the diagnostician. These vehicles typically exhaust a shop’s resources, return for additional repair and are almost impossible to give an accurate estimate for repair. They should be retired and not repaired.
